    • Sculpe.com is a safe and legal e-commerce website, go ahead and place order with confidence

 

  • Are Sculpe products all are fully handmade items?
    • Sculpe products are fully /semi handmade or hand-crafted but not machine made. Hence there will be slight difference between any two products for buyer need not worry, we assure you the quality

 

  • How to order at sculpe.com?
    • After finalizing the product on screen at Sculpe.com, buyer needs to call the customer service number (73 53 83 66 69) provided to place the order by providing the SKU number of the selected product, our customer service executive shall guide to place the order.

 

  • Do we get the order conformation?
    • Yes, Customer will get order confirmation through e-mail for his/her purchase and a call for order confirmation and a call before dispatching to the shipping address as well.

 

  • What is the Payment Mode to purchase at sculpe.com?
    • At present Sculpe offers “Cash on Delivery” (COD) payment mode only. After the delivery of the ordered product to your doorstep make payment to our COD courier partner / sales executive.

 

  • How much Sculpe charges for the product delivery?
    • Rs 30/- is the shipping charges to deliver an order in Bengaluru/Bangalore after checking pin code.
    • We can also send the product through Indian Postal service if one wants to buy in other cities, provided speed post cost (up to Rs 90/-) would remain extra apart from product cost.

 

  • Do we get the product delivery on the same day?
    • Yes, Sculpe delivers product(s) same day, if order placed before 17:00 Hrs (5PM). However delivery time may delay which are subjected to unexpected situations like Strikes, bad weather and heavy traffic, but we ensure it is delivered as soon as possible.

 

  • How product will be delivered to customer?
    • Sculpe will deliver the product through COD courier partner / sales executive

 

  • Can we cancel the placed order?
    • Yes, subjected to the terms and conditions. Order cancellation will be considered only till 3PM in day. If ordered after 3PM, order can be cancelled even after 3PM till 10PM, but order will be shipped next day. For cancellation please contact 73 53 83 66 69 between 10.00AM to 10.00PM from Monday to Sunday.  You can also write us at cs@sculpe.com

 

  • Is cancellation order amount will be refundable?
    • Product cancellation will be considered but amount will not be refunded, it will be in their account, however customer has to buy any other product(s) for the same amount within 60 days of cancelling the first order if the product is in stock.

 

  • When can customer avail exchange benefit?
    • Under, 2 circumstances customer can exchange the products.
    • If the delivered product is damaged.
    • In case of mismatched product delivered related to pattern colour & size.

 

  • Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement.
    • Product damaged due to misuse / mishandle by the buyer
    • Incidental product  damaged due to malfunctioning of product by buyer
    • If any product returned without all original packing and invoice bill, or products original tag and branded packing box is damaged or broken.
    • Products like jewellery, paintings, bags, sarees, clothing fabric & toys are not covered under replacement and exchange policy.
    • Footwear and clothing which is used, altered, washed or damaged in any manner (other than trail).

     

    30 days replacement option is available if the product is in stock and under above said conditions without refund.
