  • What information we collect:  At the time of ordering the products (online purchase) customer has to provide their personal information. Following information like name, contact number, e-mail address, shipping address and billing address we collect from the customer for the comfortable and happy shopping experience only.  This personal information provided by the customer will be stored in our data base. Customers are requested to update their information in case of any changes


  • Why we collect it & How we make use of: Customer shared personal information is used to provide the services requested by the customer. Such as Safe and quick delivery, cash on delivery purpose, to resolve disputes related to order issues. We use customer shared information to get feedback to know customer satisfaction level towards our products and the service and we also use the same to measure consumer interest in our products to updates on our new products and exciting offers; to detect & protect our business interest against fraud and other criminal activity.


  • Sharing of personal information: Sculpe is bound to protect customer personal information, even though we have to disclose it under few circumstances. Such as Court orders or other legal process and respond to summons. In the case of business merger with other business entity, or restructuring of business customer shared personal information will be disclosed to other business entity and they are bound to follow this privacy policy.


  • Contact information: Customer has to provide accurate and current contact details at all the times and any change related to contact information on the website customer has to update immediately. In case of any delay / non delivery of the goods on the account of failure of the customer to update the contact information given on the website then the Company is not responsible.

Product delivery failed due to inadequate or inaccurate shipping address or customer non- availability at the address provided, the order will be cancelled, and the product will be returned back to us and we are entitled to recover reasonable compensation for services provided to the customer. Reasonable compensation includes processing the order, shipping, handling and courier and for any other service extended to the customer.


  • Links to Other websites: Many other sites are also linked in our website hence we are not/shall be not responsible for their privacy policies or practices as it is out of our control.


  • Security (Protection): We are following strict security measures to protect customer shared information against unauthorized access. Our server is secure and customer data base is fully secured.


  • Feed back: We welcome customer first-hand experience regarding website or shopping experience only. Customer should not give damaging or Hearsay information related to brand, or the product in their feedback. Customer feedback which includes hearsay information will not be entertained.


  • Payment Method:  At present Sculpe offers "Cash on Delivery" for payment mode. After the delivery of the ordered product to your doorstep make payment to our COD partner / delivery boy.

Order Cancellation & Colour Modification: Order cancellationwill be considered only till 3PM in day, in-case if buyer has any emergency not able to receive the order, he/she can request for next day delivery. Order modification; customer has to approach Sculpe Customer Service at the earliest (within 2 hours of placing the order i.e before 3PM in that day. For example, if the order is placed at 1PM, buyer can call to customer service number and request for colour modification till 3PM in the same day by reordering, Sculpe cancels the first order and considers the modified order) with your order number on invoice bill. Once product dispatched from our end then buyer can not avail this. It cannot exchange or replaced products for any reason mentioned in Special Note. However modification of colours can be made at buyers request with additional charges of Rs 50/- in Bengaluru/Bangalore only subjected to the availability of requested colours in stock


Return and Exchange Policy: Our main priority is to deliver quality products with safety measures to give happy, easy and comfortable online shopping experience. Hence our Return and Exchange policy is easy and transparent.


          Return under following circumstances

  • Once we receive the request for product return we will confirm & authorize for the same through email. Please attach copy of the e-mail to the return shipment. Our associated courier partner/ delivery boy will collect the product.
  • Once we get the package and checked and approved from our quality assurance team for return the product. We will proceed to replace the product.


          Exchange under 2 circumstances customer can return the products

  1. Product Damage. Before dispatch, complete quality check will be done by our Quality Control team and safe packing will be done. Even though some time hitch might go unnoticed.
  2. In case of mismatched product delivered related to pattern colour & size.


Product order will be considered but amount will not be refunded but will be in their account, however buyer needs to buy any other product(s) for the same amount within 60 days of cancelling the first order If the product is in stock
